Replace negative habits and eating patterns with positive ones
Feel more confident about your body
Develop a positive relationship with food and exercise
A lot of ways in which we try to lose weight involve restricting what you eat and then all around you, all you can see on TV and in magazines are images of food, tempting you all the time. You don't consider how you eat or even take notice of the types of food you eat. You may have certain negative ideas of how you look, habits of what you eat and when you eat, eating may have become a way that you deal with stress and negative emotions you are feeling, getting a fix from sugary foods.
How can hypnotherapy help?
Hypnosis can help in weight reduction by challenging the habitual way you eat, give you ways to deal with the times you feel tempted and target your subconscious mind with positive suggestion to start to enjoy and eat healthier foods and live a healthier life. This helps you to reduce weight in a responsible way and develop a positive thought process about food and exercise which will lead to long term life change.

Hypnotherapy is a client centred talking therapy that utilises the power of positive suggestion to bring about subconscious change to our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
When you are in a state of relaxation, the conscious mind becomes less active, this happens naturally when you are completely absorbed in a book or a movie. In this state, you are more able to turn your attention inward to find your own internal resources that can help you to make the changes you want, to overcome challenges, achieve goals and improve your well-being..
You are still aware of what you say and do during hypnosis and remain in complete control. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, I merely help to guide you and provide positive suggestions for beneficial change
I am a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and have gained my Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma
