The programme I run is called Mindfulness Now and is a fusion of the key elements from MBSR (Mind Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mind Based Cognitive Therapy). The programme is flexible and aimed to meet the needs of individuals on a 1-1 basis, group classes or classes arranged at a workplace. The classes involve a mixture of meditation practices and mindfulness techniques that you can start to use in your daily life.
Mindfulness is a potentially life-changing way to alter your thoughts and feelings in positive ways, and an ever-expanding body of scientific evidence shows that it really does work, not just for depression but also to help people deal with anxiety, as well as emotional and physical pain.
