Grief and Bereavement

Bereavement of a loved one can bring a flood of emotions as you try to process your loss. It can be hard to adjust to the changes and this can have an impact on your personality, your belief system and your sense of reality, no one reacts in the same. way.
You may be in shock, feel angry, regretful, become withdrawn, have a feeling of numbness and/or an overwhelming feeling of sadness

It can help to speak to someone outside of your immediate family and friends, to assist you to explore the thoughts and feelings you are struggling with in a non-judgmentally comfortable safe environment.  A place where you can talk about your loss, learn to accept and understand your emotions, to find new ways of living and ways to cope with the changes in your life.

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist covering the Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent area, you can book a free 30 minute consultation where you can ask any questions and have an informal chat.

Contact me now to make that appointment and take that step to take back control of your life.

Hypnotherapy is a client centred talking therapy that utilises the power of positive suggestion to bring about subconscious change to our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

When you are in a state of relaxation, the conscious mind becomes less active, this happens naturally when you are completely absorbed in a book or a movie. In this state, you are more able to turn your attention inward to find your own internal resources that can help you to make the changes you want, to overcome challenges, achieve goals and improve your well-being..

You are still aware of what you say and do during hypnosis and remain in complete control. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, I merely help to guide you and provide positive suggestions for beneficial change

I am a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and have gained my Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma
