Mindfulness has been proven to decrease stress, anxiety and depression. It encourages us to become more patient and compassionate with ourselves and others. Benefits also include improved self-esteem, confidence and memory. 


The classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Groups are kept small in order to allow for a relaxed atmosphere.
Meditations take place either sitting in a chair or lying on the floor. All can be completed seated if you wish.

The classes consists of a blend of MBSR (Mindfulnesness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy). A blend of cognitive therapy and meditation/mindfulness.
